Print Design
About This Project

I began my career in printing and still love it though it’s dying to digital. Stripping negatives, rubylith, opaque pens, manually laying out pages, art, and lines, burning metal plates…I miss all that. Here are a few advertising designs I’ve done. The Gold’s Gym one was for skirt! Magazine and won 1st place in 18 markets as best ad design. I won an iPod mini 🙂 All original concepts. The one with the guy on the president’s faces is one of those Mad Magazine fold ins…match the A Arrow to B. He was running for councilman. It says his name Hunter Payne when folded. He owned a cleaning service. I came up with the copy and design idea. I was also tasked to design a cute Piggly Wiggley ad. That’s a tough one but I like the result.
